What should be the results/goals of a successful ministry for children who are from the age of birth through 5th Grade?
What should be the results/goals of a successful ministry for youth who are from the age of 6th Grade (including catechism/confirmation) through young adult (up to about 22 years old)?
What characteristics do you most hope to see in a person or people who would be in staffed/paid ministry to serve people from birth through young adult age?
