What is Stephen Ministry?
Stephen Ministry is an extension of pastoral care. It was founded in 1975 to provide one-on-one, distinctively Christian care to hurting people. A Stephen Minister meets weekly with a care receiver to provide hope and encouragement. Stephen Ministers care, so that Christ can cure! Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church became part of Stephen Ministry over 30 years ago.

Stephen Ministers can:
meet weekly with you
pray with and for you
visit you in the hospital or nursing home
serve you the Eucharist
connect you with other care ministries
