We have designed a brief questionnaire that should take less than three minutes to complete. It is designed to take the pulse of people’s beliefs and desired practices around potentially reopening the Beautiful Savior Sanctuary for indoor worship. We ask that every member of your household complete this questionnaire, whether you are a member or not a member, including children, since even within households there are nuanced opinions.
