Naming of the “Norman ‘Turkey’ Stearnes Field” in Hamtramck

On September 8, the Hamtramck City Council unanimously approved a resolution naming the field at Historic Hamtramck Stadium the “Norman ‘Turkey’ Stearnes Field” in memory of the father of Beautiful Savior member, Joyce Thompson.
