April 7, 2024 How Do We Know It’s True? “Eyewitnesses Died Testifying”

Yes, people will die for a lie. However, people do not die for something they know is a lie. Countless numbers of Jesus’s followers were killed in horrific ways – crucifixions, eaten by lions, burned on stakes – all testifying they encountered Jesus resurrected from the dead. If the resurrection of Jesus was a hoax, wouldn’t at least one person have cracked? Wouldn’t at least one person admit to it being a lie? Yet, no witness did, because the story of Jesus is true.
